Where is Select Files?
Cause:
Although File Manager is shipped with Windows 95, it is no longer a feature.
Solution:
Click 'Start', select 'Find', and select 'Files or Folders...'. Type the filename in the 'Named' drop-down list box and click 'Find Now'.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Files' and select 'Files or Folders...' from the 'Find' submenu. (The 'Find: All Files' dialog box appears.)
3) Select the location in which to search for the files from the 'Look in' drop-down list box.
4) Type the filename in the 'Named' drop-down list box.
NOTE: To search for files containing a specific extension, type *.<ext> in the 'Named' drop-down list box (where <ext> is the desired file extension).
5) Click 'Find Now'. (The desired files appear in the 'Find' window.)
